Dennis Bourke

Is the agent who sources directly from producers, to connect the product in the paddock to the Rose City Premium Meats retail store. Dennis works with local producers, to source the best stock that will provide a premium line of  products for Rose City Premium Meats.

Ken Hughes

is a passionate pig producer at Junabee, on the outskirts of Warwick. Ken provides Rose City Premium Meats with the bacon pigs so the team can produce smoked bacon and cooked leg hams in-store.

Bob Hemmings

Is a fourth generation farmer at Tannymorel, south west of Warwick. Bob's farm focusses on pig production, alongside some dairy and beef cattle.

Brett Shelley

Is the Rose City Premium Meats lamb provider. Brett and his family have produced many Champion lambs at the annual EKKA, or Brisbane Exhibition. Brett is well-know for his quality product and the Rose City Premium Meats team are proud to be associated with him.
